How can I try an item?

I welcome you with pleasure by appointment in my studio in Satigny, Geneva. You also have the opportunity to come and visit me during my Christmas markets. Unfortunately, for practical reasons, I am unable to organize returns of goods.
The product I want is out of stock, what should I do?

Don't panic, please contact me privately, chances are I can recreate the item you want.
Can I return an item?

No, unfortunately. I am not yet able to manage and assume order returns. If you have any questions, please contact me by email.
The model/color I want is no longer available, when will it be possible to get it for me?

All my creations are unique. In other words, I rarely own the same item multiple times. However, I can also recreate all the models I offer and thus personalize them according to the availability of the goods. If an item is no longer available, please contact me privately so we can try to find a solution.
